Games Just Aren’t the Same Without Them
Games are fun, that’s a fact, but appearances make a big difference. I always remember the time I entered into one of my best buddy’s house to play some poker and walked into what looked like an old western lounge. It was awesome. The place was dim, lit only by neon lights and Hank was singing somewhere in the background. I may have lost at poker that night, but the evening was unforgettable. The game room was unforgettable. Since that day I believe everyone should at least buy some neon lights to add flare to their game room. Yeah, a game room is for playing games, but the atmosphere that those neon lights gave off was amazing. Playing cards in bright light is just not the same. I’ve heard a lot of people say that neon lights are tacky, but they just do not get it. No one said we were putting them in our bathroom; we are talking about a game room here. Game rooms are designed to have neon lights. So if you want me to play cards with you, you better have neon lights.
